Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery method you choose and your order total. We do offer free standard delivery on orders over £30

How much is standard delivery?

Our Standard UK Delivery is charged at £2.99 for orders under £30.

Orders over £30 qualify for FREE standard delivery.

All standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

Yes! We offer Express Delivery for a faster service. Charges and availability depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Typically:

Next Day Delivery: £6.99 (order before 12 PM)These orders are sent via DPD

Express 1-2 Day Delivery: £3.99 these orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

Can I track my delivery?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail & DPD

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you’re not home, the courier will usually leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

Are delivery times guaranteed

We aim to meet all estimated delivery times, but please allow extra time during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays. We’ll always keep you updated!

International Delivery

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at the moment. However, we’re actively working on making this available and hope to provide international shipping to all our customers soon
